Arctikobra, the constricting pokemon

Arktikobra is the evolved form of kuwabaravsyusuke.deviantart.co… a creature that when i first made was fire and poison, however i've changed it due to there being a lack of ice types in my lists. i don't have much of an idea for this behemoth of a creature but i enjoyed drawing him. at first he was suppose to be a redesign of snowke, but then i thought to make it an evolution. anyway enjoy!
